Weed Chocolate Chip Cookies

- 2 1/2 Cups of Canna Flour
- 1 1/4 Cups of Sugar
- 2 Tsp. of Vanilla Essence
- 11/2 Cups of Chocolate Chips
- 1 Table Spoon of Molasses
- 1 Tsp. of Baking Soda
- 1 Tsp. of Salt
- 1 Cup of Canna Butter
- Baking Tray
- Grease Proof Paper
- Mixing Bowl
- Oven (180 Degrees Celsius/350 Degrees Fahrenheit)
For this delicious chocolate chip cookie recipe you will first of all need to set your oven to 180 degrees Celsius or 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Whilst the oven is warming up line a tray with grease proof paper.
In a larger mixing bowl, combine the sugar and canna butter. Next add the vanilla extract and molasses. In a separate bowl, mix the canna flour, baking soda and salt.
Next add the dry mix in withe the canna butter mix and make sure everything is well combined. As the mixture starts to come together and begins forming a dough, add the chocolate chips.
Roll the dough in to small, spoonful sized balls. Line them up on the baking, leaving plenty of room between each one. Bake in the over for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Leave the cookies to cool once baked and then they’re ready to eat.
