Hash Brownies

  • 1 Cup of Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Cups of Sugar
  • 2 Tsp. of Vanilla Essence
  • 4 Large Eggs
  • 1/2 Tsp. of Baking Powder
  • 2/3 Cup of Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp. of Salt
  • 1 Cup of Canna Flour
  • 9″ x 3″ Baking Tray/Pan
  • Oven (180 Degrees Celsius/350 Degrees Fahrenheit)
For this delicious hash brownie recipe you will first of all need to set your oven to 180 degrees Celsius or 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Next begin mixing oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla in a small bowl until well blended.
In a larger mixing bowl, combine the cocoa powder, salt, canna-flour . Next add the wet mix in slowly with the dry ingredients while stirring everything together, this is your final hash brownie mix.
Once all the mixture is combined, pour the hash brownie batter into the 9×3 pan.  Pop the hash brownie mix in the oven and let it cook for about 30 minutes or until it’s no longer gooey.
Once your hash brownies are cooked take them out of the oven and allow them to cool. Once they have sufficiently cooled, take them out the baking tray and cut into pieces. Hey presto! You have the most delicious hash brownies, with awesome side effects! Enjoy!
