Baked Banana Bread

  • 3 Ripe Bananas
  • 3/4 Cup of Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup of Walnuts
  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon of Baking Soda
  • Bread Baking Tin
  • An Oven
  • A Large Mixing Bowl
Banana bread is very easy to make, tastes great and gets you high! First thing to do is preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit or 160 degrees Celsius. Then crack the eggs and beat them well. In a separate bowl, mash the three bananas.
Once the bananas are sufficiently mashed add the beaten eggs, canna flour, sugar, baking soda, walnuts and salt. Mix all the ingredients together well. For the best banana bread try to fold air into the mix, this will help it rise in the oven.
Once all the banana bread ingredients are combined, put the mix into the bread baking tin. It is always a good idea to grease the tin with butter before putting the mix in. Even the non-stick baking tins are always better of greased, it will save a lot of hassle when it comes to getting the banana bread back out. You want to bake it for an hour, make sure it’s cooked through before taking out.
Now for the really easy part, once the banana bread has finished baking take it out the oven and leave to cool. Then remove from the baking tray and slice. Job done, baked banana bread, that get’s you baked! Enjoy!
